Avengers Doomsday Presales and Spider-Man 4 Updates
What a week it was, brother. So many things were announced at D23, yet we were still talking about the trailer of Avengers: Doomsday because, you know, it’s Doomsday. And this excitement is not just between me and you guys, it is all over the world. Because on the day they released the trailer of Doomsday, they opened the pre-sales tickets globally, and this is 60% more than the presale of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. And it is being speculated that this movie will have the biggest opening till date, taking an opening of $1 billion globally across the world.
And speaking of Spider-Man, Destin Daniel Cretton, who directed Shang-Chi, was asked if he was going to direct the next Spider-Man movie. He said, “I am definitely open to it. Everything else depends on Sony and Marvel, but I really enjoyed working with Tom Holland and Zendaya.” Then Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld did a livestream and shared that in the Deadpool movie they had planned after Deadpool 2, they were going to introduce Stryfe, who would be an evil version of Cable and the main villain of the movie alongside new X-Force members. I’m just glad that we got Deadpool & Wolverine instead.
Chris Evans on Steve Rogers and Entertainment Milestones
Then Chris Evans has thrown some light on the role of Steve Rogers in Avengers: Doomsday and told us that this entire role is going to be very brutal, and it will be a very good study on the character of Steve Rogers and his nature when extreme circumstances come. The Russos like to beat the crap out of Steve Rogers, that is what he said.
Then The Odyssey has become Christopher Nolan’s highest-grossing movie, grossing $1.1 billion and surpassing The Dark Knight Rises. So Christopher Nolan is not going anywhere. Then again, the Harry Potter HBO show hasn’t come out yet and will be released in December, but filming for Season 2 is already about to start, and they are hearing that for Professor Gilderoy Lockhart, they have cast Nicholas Hoult. Then in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Claire Temple played by Rosario Dawson was cast, and Vincent D’Onofrio confirmed that Season 3 of Daredevil: Born Again will pick up six months after the end of Season 2 where Matt gets out of jail to see how Kingpin has also arrived early.
DCU Slate Developments and Vision Quest Teaser
Then last week the news broke that the Booster Gold series and Paradise Lost were cancelled, but James Gunn replied saying that no, they have not been cancelled. He said that Booster Gold is in development and Paradise Lost is in extreme development. Then it is being heard that for the animated series of Mr. Miracle, the role will be played by Jack Quaid from The Boys. And since we are on DC, the first episode of Lanterns has been released, I saw it and liked it very much.
Then at D23, the trailer of Vision Quest was released, which will complete this entire trilogy with WandaVision and Agatha All Along. In this, the story of White Vision is continued and it is shown that he has got his old memories but does not feel the same emotions, so he is exploring his own consciousness. Plus Ultron is also going to be back, and while this whole show isn’t going to be important for Doomsday, it will be quite important for Secret Wars with Billy, Tommy, and Ultron.

Doctor Doom’s Secret Key Weapon and Rabum Alal Leaks
Then the Russos gave a little update on Doctor Doom, saying that Doctor Doom is the smartest guy in every room and has a lot of trauma in his past which is a big driving force for everything he is doing in this movie. And now it is being heard that Doctor Doom will be called Rabum Alal in this movie.
Along with this, a new collectible of Doctor Doom has come out where he is sitting on a throne, but in his hand he has something that looks like a key. Many people on the internet have started calling it the Ultimate Nullifier, but I am not so sure because its design does not match the Ultimate Nullifier at all. This looks like a key that will fit somewhere to unlock doors.

Producer Jerry Bruckheimer, creator of Pirates of the Caribbean, confirmed that they are actively talking to Johnny Depp for Pirates of the Caribbean 6. Just pure happiness for this.
Then the third Spider-Man game from Insomniac is now in full production and motion capture, which means it will be released by 2028. And then there’s news that a live-action Johnny Bravo movie is being made with John Cena playing the role of Johnny Bravo.
