Look, there are some films which provide meat and masala, some which run on the basis of action. Some become memorable because of their glamour and songs, and some become memorable only because of their emotional weight. Brother, I did not expect anything from this film because they did not reveal even a little about the story in the teaser trailer. Just because the names of the makers of Oh My God were attached. So I thought I should give it a try. So without any expectation, I went to watch the movie where actually the story revolves around dogs. And there is an actress in this film, but the real heroes are all the dogs, especially Oscar. Brother, only the makers know how they would have shot it.
Dogs, Spy Thriller and Dual Storylines
Where did you get such street dogs which are so trending, and I thought that this would be just a normal story on friendly lovable dogs, brother. This movie provides proper spy thriller entertainment with lots of twists and turns. And the special thing in this is that two stories are running simultaneously. A child’s dog is lost and a dog’s owner is lost. And mind it, he is not just lost. It is something that we cannot even imagine. I told you it will give you a proper spy thriller feel.
Masterpiece Potential and Unique Concept
And let me tell you one important thing. If this movie had come from the Malayalam industry, the world of word of mouth of this film would have spread by now. They would even declare it a masterpiece. I am too surprised that such a unique idea has been thought of, which is not seen in Bollywood films, brother. This movie deserves to be a superhit movie. You will get comedy, drama, suspense, everything in it.
Makers, Dogs and Emotional Connection
And its real credit goes to its makers who, without any cast actors, only through animals, performed such a feat which even big films are not able to do. The big thing is that this movie has been made by the makers of Oh My God. And they have done a fantastic job. And all the dog lovers in India will definitely cry after watching this movie. And even those who don’t have dogs or don’t like dogs will be amazed by the innocence of this film. The way the emotional connection between dogs and humans has been shown in the film, it does not even happen between humans these days. But they say that there is no animal as loyal as a dog. Leave aside animals, they are not even humans. So this movie shows such love and honesty that you will keep staring at the screen.
Climax Twist and Child Actor Performance
There is a twist in the climax too, brother, and that twist comes because of a child, and what acting this child has done. He has been shown to be very nerd type intelligent. And he nailed that role. It may seem a bit over intelligent in some shots. Even if he is shown making a small mistake, it would be fine because he is a child after all.
Cast — Pankaj Tripathi, Jitendra Joshi and Pawan Malhotra
However, Pankaj Tripathi, Jitendra Joshi and Pawan Malhotra were just part of the extended cameo. The real screen time goes to the dogs and this child, which was necessary according to the story. Whatever roles Pankaj Tripathi and Pawan Malhotra sir have played, they were absolutely on point. When Pawan Sir comes on screen, you will also get some comic relief through his character.

Well, after a long time I have got a chance to watch a movie which I can confidently say that you should watch it with your family and children also. No, if your family kisses you then tell me. There are some minor flaws, but it is not something that you should dwell on because its core is emotionally very strong and does not attract you towards unnecessary things. But as a review point of view, keeping those flaws in mind and seeing the unique take of the makers, I can easily give this movie 3.5 out of five stars, in mocktail language, just go for it.
